TechwareCity wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product, we're here to help.

Product Download

Our products are delivered by Internet download only. After you have purchased, our system will notify us and will automatically send your product key and download link via email. Orders are typically processed within minutes but could take as long as an hour due to unavoidable circumstances.

Should you have any problems whatsoever or if you did not receive the digital product, our customer service chat support is always online to assist you. Once order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address that you have provided on the order form.

Your electronic purchase receipt will be sent to your email and a second email will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are monitored to ensure that you are able to successfully access the products without any issues. We will allow you up to ten (10) downloads, if ever you need more downloads or if the allotted time has expired you may contact us to reset the number of downloads but with valid reasons.

We will also not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers if we have detected that you have consumed more than the given number of downloads.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the products we sell and your satisfaction with them is very important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

But due to circumstances that we could not avoid such as errors in downloads, installation issues or compatibility issues, such errors are easy to fix with the help of our technical support team. Should you ever encounter these errors, contact us right away for assistance.

Our team of experts are highly knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting but if we can’t fix it or you’re simply not satisfied with the services rendered, then you are eligible for a full refund. But first, give us the chance to rectify any issues first before requesting for a refund.

If you ever change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded the product based on our system’s records nor you have not used the product key, we will happily issue you a full refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded the product or have used the product key are forwarded to our refund specialist which will be handled on a case by case basis and are issued at their sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date.
